A SEASON OF JOY AND HOPE
EMBRACE THE ADVENT SEASON
For hundreds of years, Christians have gathered for special worship services the four weeks before Christmas. The season became known as Advent. Advent comes from the Latin words ad vento meaning "to come, to arrive." The season of Advent gives us time to reflect on Christmas and what Christmas really means for us.
